This universal stand-alone IP module or TCD (Telemetry Communication Device), using the Alarm IP service enables IP communication with most manufacturer's control panels. It is ideal for retro-fits as a replacement to your existing communications device. Simple to use: To achieve IP communication you have the option to either connect to dialler capture (Contact ID) from your control panel, or connect to ATE outputs (Fast Format) on your control panel. Cost effective: There are no connection charges, your customer can use their existing line and they will not incur call charges on either signalling path. |
