This universal stand alone IP module or TCD (Telemetry Communication Device) using the Alarm IP service, enables IP communication with most manufacturer's control panels. It is ideal for retro fits as a replacement to existing communications device.

Flexibility

The IP COM is able to convert virtually any existing analogue based security system to an IP/GPRS communicating security system. IP COM is designed to be simple to install, configure and use. It requires no deep knowledge of IT. It's simpler than to set up a home broadband connection.

NBN Ready

IP COM's are NBN ready, our stand alone module uses data-centric communication where the alarm information is transmitted directly as a CONTACT ID IP, SIA IP or Fast Format IP packet stream rather than a synthesised audio signal.

Alarm IP is the secure, managed messaging service designed specifically for IP networks. This service manages the end-to-end message delivery between the alarm panel and control room. Unlike other services, Alarm IP actively secures the message delivery, rather than the various paths that the message travels over.
